BUSINESS SCHOOL FACULTY (STAFF ONLY)

What does an effective simulation look like, and how can AI-powered simulations revolutionize practical, interactive, and personalized learning in business schools? With the advent of more advanced and interactive technology, business schools are increasingly adopting simulations to comprehensively test their students’ skills in areas like sales, finance, collaboration, and teamwork. However, many institutions have yet to fully embrace simulations as a key component of practical learning.

In this capacity-building workshop, we aim to unite business schools to explore the transformative potential of AI-powered simulations. These simulations represent a leap forward in hands-on learning, offering unparalleled personalization and real-world relevance. We will provide practical examples and strategies for integrating these advanced tools into educational programs. Attendees will collaborate closely with peers from other Indian business schools, fostering a shared learning and innovation environment.

Schools can expect to learn how to:

  • Appreciate the Value: Understand the profound impact that simulations, especially those enhanced with AI, can have on the student learning journey, offering a more immersive and adaptive educational experience.
  • Utilize AI Assistants: Learn how to integrate AI assistants within simulations to provide advanced, personalized learning experiences. These AI elements can tailor scenarios to individual student needs, offer real-time feedback, and simulate complex business environments.
  • Choose and Implement Simulations: Master the art of selecting, designing, and implementing effective business simulations in various programs. This includes understanding the technical requirements, pedagogical alignment, and integration strategies that make simulations an integral part of the curriculum.
  • Assess Impact: Develop methods to assess the effectiveness of simulations in enhancing student and graduate achievements. This involves understanding how to measure learning outcomes, engagement levels, and the overall impact on career readiness.
  • Leverage in Accreditation: Learn how to effectively use simulations and their outcomes in the BGA validation and accreditation processes. This includes understanding how simulations contribute to meeting educational standards and enhancing the reputation of the institution.

This workshop is provided free of charge, however, please note that it is limited to 50 participants
and only those who register first will be guaranteed a space.

Cesim Business Simulations

Cesim is the world’s leading provider of multilingual, multidisciplinary business simulations that help educators improve student engagement and employability. Our simulations put responsible management into action as an integrated part of business strategy and reward long-term value creation. Schools in more than 40 countries are already improving their learner success with Cesim.

Cesim was born 25 years ago from the realization that business and management was learned in silos. Learners seldom got to experience competitive dynamics, the interactions between different functions, or what it means to cope with uncertainty. The theoretical foundation of the business simulation methodology is experiential learning, and our mission is to make this available and affordable to the widest possible audience with relevant content.
