BUSINESS SCHOOL FACULTY (STAFF ONLY)

If you were to frame your business school’s brand identity, what exactly would it be? Would aspects such as work culture, mission and objectives, and the brand values align with each other? or are they mismatched and not properly outlined? A surprising number of business schools have paid too little attention to developing a brand identity that communicates who they are and why stakeholders should work with them. In most cases, a brand identity has been associated with a logo and a strapline, which are only small elements that form the overall brand identity.

In this capacity building workshop, BGA will be bringing business schools together to discuss and enhance their brand identities, exploring strategies for how these can be employed to improve the value proposition and communication to students, their families and employers. Attendees can expect to work closely in groups with other business schools based in India to learn and collaborate with each other.

Schools can expect to learn how to:

  • Understand the true meaning of a brand identity
  • Identify the value proposition and positioning of the business school
  • Assess and enhance their brand identity
  • Structure and communicate the values that form their brand
