BUSINESS SCHOOL FACULTY (STAFF ONLY)

Student engagement is key to successful group learning; however, an increasing number of business schools and universities are struggling with decreased attendance, attention, curiosity and passion for their programmes. Without student engagement, the schools are unable to fulfil their educational mission.

This workshop will address how business schools can leverage student insight and learning methods to improve student engagement across the business school. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their experiences, including successes and failures, and conduct group work with other business school professionals on developing a strategy for improving student engagement across all aspects within their respective schools.

Students Walking On The University Campus

You will learn how to:

  • Properly measure student engagement.
  • Use student insight and data to adapt your school’s interactions with students.
  • Improve the interaction between students and faculty.
  • Leverage students in governance and decision-making processes to improve engagement.
  • Build a strategy centred around engaging students across your institution and programmes.
