Natasha Heaton

Director of Service Delivery and Change, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford

Natasha Heaton is an IT expert with 20 years of experience in crossing organisational and Digital Transformation. She is a leader in change management, agile programme management and product lifecycle.

Since 2020, Natasha has been the Director of Service Delivery and Change at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, where she completed a transformation programme in unifying data architecture and streamlining standard processes across 20 departments with customer-centric design.

Jean Pembleton

Director, EMEA Education Product Marketing, Salesforce

Jean Pembleton is the Director of EMEA Product Marketing at Salesforce. In this role, she leads Salesforce’s higher education EMEA product marketing strategy.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Jean worked in advancement at Stanford University, The Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the University of Chicago.
