The workplace of the future

The workplace can be a very KPI driven rat race resulting in many people feeling underwhelmed or burnout over time due to the high demands or ambitious targets. It used to be the expected way for an ambitious start-up to get off the ground and eventually succeed. But not anymore.

The new workplace of the future is showing a way to balance profitability with investment in people and wellbeing. A way of structuring your company which means people are respected, trusted, and act from a place of power (not fear), while also being very clear about their accountabilities.

In this session Paulina Sygulska Tenner will discuss the new workplace of the future with the focus on three main takeaways.

1. The principles into building a transparent workplace.
2. How to create a culture of empowerment (including getting your people to set their own targets/goals).
3. How to encourage and recruit self-management to individuals and teams.
