After the pandemic and the acceleration of change, the new reality has left many academic proposals in management education outdated or unsuitable. The MBA has not been an exception, and today it is observed that most programmes must be constantly reviewed and updated to remain current and fit for purpose.

This workshop will refer to new trends in the design and preparation of the Latin American curricula, including the themes being incorporated and subjects being cut or eliminated. In addition, an emphasis will focus on the process of reviewing and updating the contents and periodicity to ensure the suitability of the content systematically.
