Leader as healer

Senior business leaders are struggling more than ever to manage the unprecedented technological, social, and environmental forces that are transforming our world. The pressures of leading in an environment of such complexity and volatility can exact a heavy toll – personally and professionally. To survive and thrive they must include yet transcend mindsets and capacities that, while once very effective, now contribute to the problem.

To face the scope and threats of 21st-century challenges, today’s leaders must possess potent powers for logic, reason, discernment, and strategic forecasting. Yet, they must also be empathic and therefore embodied; grounded and therefore intuitive. They must be skilled in mindfulness and deep listening; present and receptive to higher levels of insight and innovation; able to inspire authentic engagement and collaboration; and possess a clear and wholehearted sense of service, mission and purpose.

These are leaders who embody and transmit deep presence. This is a leader as healer.

In this session we will have a theoretical and practical overview of the key pillars of a new paradigm of leadership.

By attending this webinar, you will learn some simple, practical exercises and tools for becoming a leader as healer and discover how this eminently practical and genuinely transformational approach has been embraced by other leaders.
