Alisa Grafton

Alisa Grafton is a practising lawyer and a partner, who has been working in the City of London and the West End for over 20 years. She credits much of her professional success to learning how to create authentic, mutually giving connections with others, and maintaining existing relationships within her network.

Great Networking is her first book, which reflects on her personal journey as a young professional, draws inspiration from those who have proven to be masterful at networking, and guides the reader through the complete process of becoming effective at building great, happy professional relationships, whilst staying true to yourself.

Alan is the author of four books on creativity and business transformation, including Do Design: Why beauty is key to everything (Do Books, 2016), Do Build. How to make and lead a business the world needs (Do Book Co. 2021). He has spoken at The Do Lectures, SXSW and the Hay Literary Festival and has featured in the media.
